• Has extensive litigation experience based on numerous civil, commercial and judicial-administrative proceedings, including proceedings with multi-million dollar subject matter, cross-border cases or international arbitration (representation before the ICC in Paris, ICC in Vienna, Gafta in London),
• Advises on day-to-day services for entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate, labor, contract, administrative and construction law, successfully representing clients in disputes with public administration bodies,
• Advises on transformations in commercial companies and transactions for the sale of enterprises and their organized parts,
• • He has provided, among other things, legal services related to investments, contract handling and coordination of procurement processes for the energy company segment, with corporate services for energy companies as well as comprehensive legal services for heating companies, including within the area of environmental law,
• He also advised on legal services to Banks, local government units and universities,
• He cooperates with companies in the field of new technologies, financial intermediation and provides comprehensive advice on labor law to entrepreneurs employing several thousand employees in which he represents the employer before the labor court.
